Job description

ExperiencedCell Phone Repair Technician-Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Cell Phone Repair Technician-Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in mobile device repair, customer service, and daily store operations. This position requires someone who is professional, responsible, organized, and able to lead by example while delivering excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
  • Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, water damage repairs, and other hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Provide outstanding customer service and communicate repair timelines clearly
  • Maintain inventory, order parts, and track supplies
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Train and supervise employees when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Meet sales and performance goals
  • Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cellphone or electronics repair required
  • Management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and dependable
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with iPhone, Samsung, Android, tablets, and gaming console repairs
  • Knowledge of software troubleshooting and device unlocking
  • Sales experience is a plus
