Your Role
As Growth Marketing Director at XBOW, you will own MQLs as the main criterion of success. You own the strategy and execution of programs that drive pipeline, accelerate revenue, and establish XBOW as the definitive brand in autonomous offensive security. You will operate at the intersection of demand generation, product marketing, and data analytics to scale our go-to-market motion. Your Role
As Growth Marketing Director at XBOW, you will own MQLs as the main criterion of success. You own the strategy and execution of programs that drive pipeline, accelerate revenue, and establish XBOW as the definitive brand in autonomous offensive security. You will operate at the intersection of demand generation, product marketing, and data analytics to scale our go-to-market motion. This is a high-impact, highly visible role where your work will directly shape how the world's security teams discover and adopt XBOW.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute an agentic system to drive a full-funnel growth marketing strategy spanning paid, organic, content, email, events, and partner channels to generate qualified pipeline
- Build and optimize demand generation programs that target security practitioners, CISOs, and engineering leaders at high-value accounts
- Operate as an individual contributor with the opportunity to lLead and grow a lean, high-performing marketing team.
- Establish marketing analytics infrastructure to measure channel performance, attribution, and ROI, using data to prioritize investment and iterate rapidly
- Inform decisions on marketing assets including positioning, competitive intelligence, case studies, and sales enablement materials with data
- Partner closely with Sales to align on ICP, messaging, and campaign feedback loops that continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to amplify XBOW's brand and mission
Who You Are
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience is a must. At least 3 years in a senior or director-level growth or demand generation role, ideally within cybersecurity or developer tooling
- Advanced command of building, optimizing and operating of agents operating across revenue systems
- Advanced hands-on experience account-based marketing strategies targeting enterprise or mid-market security and engineering personas
- Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline generation programs that directly contributed to measurable revenue growth at a high-growth startup
- Deep expertise across multiple marketing channels including paid search and social, SEO, content marketing, lifecycle email, and field or virtual events
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing attribution, funnel reporting, and tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for security and engineering audiences
- Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, move quickly, and build scalable programs in an early-stage or resource-constrained environment
Bonus If You Have
- Experience marketing offensive security, penetration testing, or AI-powered security products to technical buyers and security practitioners
- Previous experience at a venture-backed startup during a period of rapid scaling or a Series C to Series E growth phase
- Community building or developer relations experience that has contributed to organic brand awareness and bottom-up adoption
