Allergist/Immunologist -- Physician Leader

Mckinney, TX • On-site

$280K - $500K/yr

Full-time

This job post has expired 1 day ago. Applications are no longer accepted.

Job description

A well-established, physician-led Allergy & Immunology practice serving the northern DFW suburbs for more than 20 years is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Allergist/Immunologist with strong leadership qualities to help guide a multi-clinic network spanning six locations across the northern metroplex.

This isn't just a clinical opening. It's an opportunity to step into a physician leadership role within a practice built on physician autonomy and patient-centered care — and to help shape what comes next as the group continues to grow.

Compensation: $300,000+ base, with total earning potential exceeding $500,000

Why This Opportunity Is Different

A physician-led model, not a corporate one.

A market built for growth.

A well-equipped, technology-forward practice.

A deep, experienced support team.

Meaningful long-term opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive allergy, asthma, and immunology care to adult and pediatric patients across a multi-site clinic network
  • Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for a team of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
  • Help guide clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and day-to-day operations across multiple sites
  • Partner with practice leadership to shape the strategic direction of the group as it continues to grow
  • Deliver the kind of personalized, results-driven care that has defined the practice's reputation in North Texas for two decades

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
  • Active or eligible for Texas medical licensure
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or strong leadership aptitude — prior medical director, site lead, committee chair, or similar experience is a plus, but not required
  • Full-scope clinical expertise in environmental and food allergy, immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT), asthma management, and both adult and pediatric care
  • A collaborative, mentorship-oriented approach to working with advanced practice providers
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to work across multiple clinic locations in the northern DFW suburbs
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to help build a growing practice, not simply staff an existing schedule

Benefits
Compensation that could exceed $500,000.
