URGENT HIRING – NIGHT SHIFT FLEET COMPLIANCE & ADMIN MANAGER

Immediate Start | Full-Time | On-Site | Atlanta, GA

We are hiring ONE experienced Night Shift Fleet Compliance & Administrative Manager to join our growing trucking company immediately.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with Extensive previous experience working in trucking, fleet operations, logistics, safety, compliance, or driver management.

ScheduleTraining Schedule (Mandatory)

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Paid on-site evaluation and training

You are training during the day to permanently work the NIGHT SHIFT.

Permanent Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Flexible depending on workload (example: 4 PM-8 PM, 4 PM-10 PM, or 4 PM-12 AM)
• Guaranteed full-time (approximately 40 hours weekly)
• Overtime opportunities available

Compensation

• Training Pay: $7.50/hour FIRST WEEK 
• Solo shawdow pay $10.00 SECOND WEEK 
• Position begins as a 1099 Independent Contractor
• After successful training and consistent performance:
• $15.00/hour 3RD WEEK 
• $17.50/hour overtime

We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position with room for growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Daily driver communication and check-ins
• Fleet compliance management
• Review driver paperwork and inspections
• Maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) files
• Monitor licenses, medical cards, permits, registrations, and insurance expirations
• Review Hours of Service (HOS) and ELD reports
• Prepare compliance files for DOT audits
• Track truck maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules
• Schedule repairs
• Maintain inventory and equipment records
• Scan, upload, and organize company paperwork
• Collect and organize BOLs, PODs, receipts, and driver documentation
• Assist with office operations and fleet administration

Requirements

✔ Previous trucking, logistics, fleet, dispatch, compliance, or transportation experience

✔ Experience communicating with drivers daily

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented

✔ Able to work independently using checklists and SOPs

✔ Comfortable with paperwork, computers, scanning, and digital filing

✔ Reliable transportation

✔ Live within MAX 45 minutes of Downtown Atlanta/Airport area

✔ Available Monday-Friday

✔ No scheduling conflicts or outside obligations that interfere with a night shift schedule

✔ Able to begin paid training immediately
