Job description

Company Description Wyecliff helps organizations close the gap between advanced AI technology and traditional industries, enabling them to modernize core operations without disrupting how they run today. As more businesses adopt AI across critical functions, Wyecliff focuses on delivering smarter systems that drive measurable, real-world results. The company partners with clients who are both early in their AI journey and those already investing heavily, providing practical, implementation-focused guidance. Team members at Wyecliff work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations to unlock value from AI in a responsible and scalable way. The organization also shares insights and best practices through its Wyecliff Weekly Newsletter to keep professionals current on AI trends and applications.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior AI Project Manager role based in Denver, CO. The Senior AI Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and deployment. In this position, you will coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality goals. You will oversee project planning, define milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and track progress against timelines and deliverables. Daily responsibilities include facilitating status meetings, maintaining clear project documentation, aligning technical work with business outcomes, and ensuring regulatory, security, and ethical AI considerations are addressed. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, support pre-sales scoping where needed, and mentor junior team members on execution discipline and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong project delivery capabilities, including Project Management experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder technology or AI initiatives.
  • Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities to drive timely delivery of tasks, approvals, and dependencies across teams and vendors.
  • Background in Inspection and quality oversight to ensure AI solutions meet acceptance criteria, compliance standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordination of resources, schedules, and workflows to support deployments and operationalization of AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing AI, data, or software projects using structured methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or hybrid approaches).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for executive, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and stakeholder negotiation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
  • Shape deliverables into simple, adoptable solutions for client end users
  • Create and deliver effective demonstrations for current and prospective clients
  • Identify expansion opportunities within client organizations and convert them into proposals
  • Align client priorities with Wyecliff's product roadmap and service offerings
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, positioning Wyecliff's broader service portfolio (assessments, Copilot implementations, AI agent development, ERP advisory) within active engagements
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities during delivery — new use cases, additional departments, follow-on phases — and convert them into scoped proposals
  • Support pre-sales activities including discovery calls, solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development alongside leadership
  • Create and deliver compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concept walkthroughs for current and prospective clients
  • Contribute to case studies, references, and client success stories that fuel new business development
  • Represent Wyecliff at industry events, conferences, and client workshops to build pipeline and brand presence
  • Contribute to a defined annual expansion revenue target from the existing client portfolio (set jointly with leadership)
