About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Journeyman to join our growing team in Tulsa, OK. This is a hands-on position with the potential to grow into a supervisory role as we expand the electrical division of our company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial Electrical construction and service work, is comfortable leading job sites, and can coordinate multiple service calls and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute commercial electrical projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and support service technicians on multiple job sites
• Provide efficient, high-quality service with minimal callbacks
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and customers
• Lift and transport heavy tools and equipment
• Work outdoors and in varied weather conditions when required
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and overtime as needed
• Maintain and manage inventory on a fully stocked service truck
• Complete annual service reviews and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/residential electrical work
• Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record
• No felony convictions
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must provide and maintain your own set of hand tools

Work Schedule:

• Full-time: 40 hours/week
• Days: Monday Friday
• On-Call: Weekend availability and overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $28.00 $40.00 (based on experience)
