We're seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Insurance Sales Producer to build and grow a book of business while delivering strategic, compliant, and impactful benefits solutions to employers and HR leaders.

This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who excels at building trusted relationships, navigating complex benefits strategies, and creating long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do

•  Prospect and close new employee benefits opportunities with employer groups 
•  Build relationships with HR leaders and executives to drive new business 
•  Consult with employers on benefits strategy and plan design 
•  Design and present customized employee benefits programs
•  Partner with carriers and vendors to deliver competitive solutions 
•  Collaborate with internal service teams to deliver seamless client experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in employee benefits sales
• Strong consultative and relationship-driven sales approach
• Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary products
• Ability to drive organic growth through strong client relationships
• Active Life & Health insurance license Preferred
