Director of Women’s Services - Kansas City MO ( Suburban Area) Relocation Offered

L&D RN Manager, Postpartum, Women's Services


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing leadership for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians, leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to meet patient and family needs.
  • Maintain operational efficiency, staff engagement, and service line performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and organizational standards.
  • Support the organization’s mission, values, and goals.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years recent leadership experience (manager or director level) in Women’s Services within a large, high-acuity hospital.
  • Must have experience overseeing 3500+ births per year.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN Required
  • Licensure: Active RN license (state or compact).
  • Certifications: Specialty certification preferred; BCLS required (or ability to obtain).
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
