The Office Inventory Assistant plays a vital role in supporting inventory operations within a medium-sized team of 4-7 members. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this position primarily focuses on internal coordination and utilizes manual tracking methods to maintain accurate and efficient inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and manage order tracking
• Perform accurate data entry for inventory records
• Generate and maintain regular inventory reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory needs are met

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in inventory management
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
