The Opportunity:

Wings Over is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join our team at our Springfield, MA location. This position is responsible for keeping dishes, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized while supporting the team during evening closing shifts.

Schedule: Part-time, 8:00 PM to close
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Day in the Life Includes:

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, cookware, trays, and kitchen equipment
• Keeps the dishwashing station clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
• Removes trash and maintains clean trash and recycling areas
• Cleans floors, sinks, walls, and other kitchen surfaces as needed
• Follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Helps complete closing cleaning duties to prepare the restaurant for the next day
• Supports food preparation and other back-of-house tasks when needed
• Communicates with team members to ensure clean equipment and supplies are available
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Maintains a neat appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and following the Wings Over dress code
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• Legal U.S. work authorization
• Availability to work from 8:00 PM until close, including nights and weekends
• Dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to listen, communicate, and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required
