Job Description We are a fast-growing company seeking a personal lines licensed insurance professional and personable Customer Service Representative to round out our wonderful team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a positive experience when reaching out to our agency. You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and generally provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has a great attitude, with 2-3 years of experience working for an insurance broker, is detail-oriented, friendly, and familiar with insurance carriers including but not limited to Mercury, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, CA Fair Plan, Aegis, Bamboo and many others. Must have a California or Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license. This is an in-office position so, must be local to Murrieta, Menifee, Temecula and surrounding areas. We are licensed in 11 states with offices in 3 states and growing. Hours Monday to Friday 8 am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person

Assist clients with new endorsement quotes, updating policies, payments, and other services

Schedule appointments and maintain calendar

Maintain detailed records of client interactions

Review policy coverages and/or underwriting guidelines

Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service

Qualifications

Knowledge of insurance carriers (Mercury, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, CA Fair Plan, Aegis, Bamboo and many others)

Active California or Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License

High school diploma/GED required,

Excellent customer service skills

Highly organized with strong time management skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
