We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL Driver to join our client's team. This role offers flexible scheduling, including weekend shifts, with the advantage of being home every night.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe operation of trucks and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections for mechanical and safety issues, performing preventative maintenance as required.
• Adhere to all truck driving regulations, including those pertaining to size, weight, and route designations, as well as company policies.
• Skillfully maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions.
• Accurately collect and verify delivery instructions.
• Promptly report any defects, accidents, or violations.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a truck driver.
• Experience with specialized trucks, such as Hydrovac or Dump Trucks, is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable truck driving laws and regulations.
• Clean driving record with no recent violations.
• Ability to adapt to and manage unexpected situations, such as traffic and adverse weather conditions.
• Experience in farming is considered a plus.
