Description:

As a Staff Accountant with Wilson-McShane Corporation, you have a direct impact on ensuring the bookkeeping is accurate and up to date for the funds that we administer. This role allows you to experience multiple aspects within accounting and hone attention to detail and time management skills.


Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Prepare general ledgers
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Monitor bank balances
  • Perform year-end audit preparation
  • Prepare checks and deposits, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

The schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch. The Staff Accountant role is a non-exempt position with compensation at $28.80 per hour and includes benefits such as the following:
