Responsibilities

• Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, trimming, pruning, and general cleanups
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (training provided as needed)
• Work collaboratively with a skilled team to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Load and transport materials, move equipment, and help keep job sites organized
• Maintain tools, trucks, and equipment to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety guidelines to protect yourself and your team

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new skills and follow directions
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license is a plus

Compensation

Competitive pay with opportunities for 40+ hours per week and overtime during peak seasons.
