Job description

Willa's is seeking a talented, passionate and experienced bartenders to lead our warm and welcoming team behind the bar. Willa's is a lively neighborhood restaurant and bar with amazing service, fun vibes and a team constantly striving for excellence.
As a bartender you will be an integral team member in ensuring that every guest enjoys a fantastic experience.
You will be responsible for guiding guests through the Willa's experience and are expected to give service that is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful while upholding company standards and values in a busy, fast paced environment.
You will be cross-trained and work both bartending and serving shifts. You should be flexible, have great communication skills, a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality.

Willa's Provisions is an all-day corner cafe and Voted Best Coffee Shop in Tampa. Open daily from 8-4 with strong coffee, fresh juices, breakfast tacos and burritos, a cold case full of grab and go items and retail goodies for home.
