Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist- In Home

Job Duties

• Evaluate patient strengths and weaknesses across all areas of speech, swallowing, and/or communication.
• Develops, documents, implements and re-evaluates the patient’s Plan of Care.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records on all patients.
• Instructs, educates, and counsels other health team personnel and family members.

Minimum QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clinical Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (MA, MS) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Current Colorado DORA - SLP License (or able to obtain)
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
