Position Overview

Well Path Counseling & Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time, remote role. Key Responsibilities

• Create individualized therapy plans, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' needs.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions with clients, which may include individuals, couples, and groups.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy) tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance abuse issues. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults, and we are committed to providing each person with the respect, understanding, and tailored support they need to thrive.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Prior knowledge of telehealth practices and technologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We value the contributions of our team members and offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, along with a potential sign-on bonus based on experience and qualifications.
