We are seeking a dedicated Window Cleaner to provide expert cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. This role involves solo or small team work, focusing on maintaining windows, gutters, and exterior surfaces across local and regional sites year-round.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows on residential and commercial buildings
• Perform gutter cleaning to ensure proper drainage
• Conduct pressure washing of exterior surfaces
• Operate independently or as part of small teams (2-3 members)
• Travel locally and regionally to various sites

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in window cleaning
• Proficiency with water-fed pole systems
• Knowledge of safety and fall protection practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks
