Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Title Specialist to join a collegial in-house title and escrow group. Must have a working knowledge of commercial real estate title insurance including ordering and analyzing title examinations; drafting title commitments, policies, and endorsements; handling earnest money; preparing settle statements; and e-filing in all counties in Georgia. Candidates must have 3+ years of title and escrow experience in a law firm or in-house setting, and proficiency with SoftPro and MS Office. This position has no billable hour requirement, a north Atlanta location, 1 day WFH, and exceptional benefits.
