Role Description The Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper is a part-time, on-site role based in Rockville, VA. This role supports daily office operations by managing bookkeeping tasks, maintaining financial records, and assisting with general administrative duties. Typical responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and preparing basic financial reports. The role also involves handling phone calls and emails, organizing documents, scheduling appointments or jobs, and maintaining orderly records of clients and services. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Bookkeeping and Finance to manage day-to-day financial records and support sound financial decision-making.
