Webster's Bistro & Bar is a casual fine dining establishment known for our exceptional food, service, and warm atmosphere. We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Server Assistant to help us maintain the high standards of our dining experience.
Job Description:
As a Server Assistant at Webster's Bistro & Bar, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant dining experience. Your responsibilities will include clearing and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and supporting our waitstaff in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Support waitstaff by refilling water glasses 
  • Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized during service.
  • Respond quickly to guest needs and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Seating guests upon their arrival
Requirements:

  • A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends - Tuesday - Saturday
  • Previous experience in a casual fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
