As we continue to grow, we are expanding our remote sales team and looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound calling environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote outbound sales position where you will contact business owners, introduce our merchant service solutions, identify interested prospects, and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. Our dialer system allows our representatives to reach a high volume of prospects each day. You should be comfortable working toward approximately 300–500 outbound calls per day. Key Responsibilities:

• Make approximately 300–500 outbound calls per day using our dialer system
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Follow a provided sales script while keeping conversations natural
• Introduce our payment processing services and current promotions
• Identify interested prospects and generate qualified leads
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls when appropriate
• Accurately update call results and prospect information in our CRM
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call
• Participate in remote training, coaching, and team meetings
• Take feedback and continuously improve sales and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Previous telemarketing, inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive while working remotely
• Competitive and goal-driven mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and dialer software
