Title: Budget Analyst (Consultant)
Duration: One year, Temp to Perm
LOCATION: Middlesex County
HYBRID - 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
INDUSTRY: Life Sciences / Biotech / Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing
Salary: $40 - $50 per hour
Overview
Temp to perm role! Client is seeking a Financial Analyst with exposure to forecasting, budgeting and reporting cycles. As the Financial Analyst, you will partner with the business to build financial models. Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing finance or accounting role.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the Long-Term Financial Plan.
- Lead the financial modeling for gross margin analyses.
- Develop business cases related to investments and cost improvement initiatives.
- Analysis and reporting of Actuals vs. Budget.
- Responsible for KPI Reporting.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with other departments within the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing finance or /accounting role.
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting and budget
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
