Job Summary:

Were hiring a Kitchen All-Starsomeone who can do it all in the back of house. From the pizza line to sandwiches and salads, ensuring ticket accuracy, boxing orders, handling prep, dish, and daily cleaningyoull be in the middle of the action. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen moving. Were looking for someone reliable, adaptable, and ready to step in wherever the team needs support.

What You'll Do:

- Prepare and portion ingredients for service

- Make our house-made dough from scratch

- Build, cook, and finish high-quality pizzas

- Assist in all kitchen stations as needed

- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

- Communicate with your team to keep things running smoothly

Qualifications:

- Previous pizza or kitchen experience is a plus

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods

- Available for a mix of days, nights, and weekends

- Strong work ethic and positive team mentality

- Willingness to learn and do whatever it takes to get the job done
