Walter E. Nelson Company, a third-generation, family-owned distributor serving the Pacific Northwest since 1945, is looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join our growing team.

We operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where energy, accuracy, and communication matter. If you enjoy staying busy, supporting customers, and working alongside a collaborative team, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams
• Assist with product inquiries, pricing, and order tracking
• Follow established procedures and company guidelines
