Job Description

Walter’s Auto Group is seeking an experienced, motivated Automotive Accounting Specialist. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication skills, a friendly and enthusiastic disposition, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated automotive accounting experience (required).
• Core Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processing.
• Specialized Knowledge: Experience with service contracts and extended warranty submissions/cancellation processing.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.
• Professionalism: Maintains a professional personal appearance and demeanor.
• Requirements: Must provide verifiable work experience and professional references.
• Screening: Applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
