The Lawn Care Crew Leader is responsible for supervising a team of 4-5 members who maintain the appearance and health of both residential and commercial properties. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality lawn care operations with opportunities for cross-training, specialization, and advancement into management positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 4-5 landscaping crew members
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols on job sites
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and perform maintenance as needed
• Perform and oversee landscaping maintenance and plant care tasks
• Maintain quality control and project standards for residential and commercial properties

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping
• Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment
• Demonstrated team leadership skills
• Effective time management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
