· TAX OFFICE EXPERIENCE PREFERABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED
· FLEXIBLE HOURS MONDAY – FRIDAY, BETWEEN 9AM-5PM
· POTENTIAL TO ADVANCE TO FULL-TIME OFFICE MANAGER
· LOCATED IN A QUIET OFFICE CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX
· JOB DUTIES
o Accepting tax documents from clients and “checking them in” for tax preparers
o Assembling finished tax returns for clients
o Answering the phone
o Reaching out to clients via phone, email or client portal to inform them tax returns are ready for pick up
o Physical & Digital file management
o Light housekeeping
