Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Agent role based in The Woodlands, TX. The Insurance Sales Agent will identify prospects, conduct needs assessments, and recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance solutions for business and individual clients. Daily responsibilities include building and managing a book of business, preparing quotes, explaining coverage options, and handling renewals and policy changes. The agent will provide responsive customer service, resolve inquiries and issues, and coordinate with insurance carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy placement. The role also involves maintaining compliance with regulatory and carrier guidelines, documenting interactions in agency systems, and participating in sales meetings and training to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with ability to prospect, close, and retain clients.
• Solid understanding of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices, including property and casualty products.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and clear communication.
• Relevant state insurance producer license (or willingness and eligibility to obtain one promptly).
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in The Woodlands, TX and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Proficiency with basic office software and agency management systems, and strong attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and commitment to ongoing learning and development.
