Job description

The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing delivery drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining store standards. This role involves managing staff schedules, conducting store inspections, securing product displays, and liaising with store managers to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate delivery driver activities
  • Conduct daily store inspections and ensure display security
  • Communicate effectively with store managers
  • Provide coverage during driver vacations and days off
  • Manage daily delivery operations to meet schedules and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in delivery management
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management
