Your role is simple: introduce yourself, educate homeowners on their right to a free roof inspection, and book the appointment. Our licensed project managers handle the insurance process, the negotiations, and the close. You focus on people. We handle the rest.

And the commission structure? It's 10% of every approved claim — UNCAPPED, with no ceiling. In a market where insurance roofing jobs average $12,000–$18,000, that number adds up fast for people who show up and put in the work.
