The Automotive Service Advisor plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by acting as the primary liaison between customers and the service team. Working within a small team of 1-3 advisors and reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role balances customer engagement and operational duties to ensure efficient service scheduling, accurate estimate preparation, and thorough communication throughout the service process. No travel is required, and the focus remains on enhancing the customer experience in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand service needs and provide accurate information
• Schedule vehicle services efficiently to optimize shop workflow
• Prepare detailed and accurate service estimates for customer approval
• Order necessary parts and coordinate with technicians for timely service completion
• Document all service activities and update customer records accordingly
• Process invoices and handle billing accurately
• Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
