Position:

Remote Non-Profit Support

This position offers the chance to support a wide range of nonprofit and governmental organizations, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact. If you are organized, motivated, and passionate about helping others, we want you on our team.

Who You'll Support:

• Nonprofit/Charity TV and Radio stations
• Child welfare agencies
• Veteran support groups
• Spiritual and religious organizations
• Animal advocacy groups

Preferred Skills:

• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Excellent phone and people skills
• Intermediate PC proficiency
• Flexible and a team player
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Call center experience is a plus

Benefits:

• Inbound phone work: $0.20 - $0.32 per talk minute depending on the project
• Experienced call agents can earn up to $0.35 per talk minute
• Additional opportunities in email, ticket, and chat support with varied pay rates
