Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appearance Tech to join our team in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in windshield repair, wheel repair, and paintless dent repair (PDR). This role requires a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform windshield repairs including chip and crack fixes to restore glass integrity.
• Repair and refurbish wheels to remove curb rash, scratches, and other damage.
• Execute paintless dent repair (PDR) techniques to remove dents and dings without affecting the vehicle’s paint.
• Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service.

Skills amp; Qualifications

• Proven experience in windshield repair.
• Proficient in wheel repair techniques.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with paintless dent repair (PDR).
