Commercial Construction General Contractor seeking entry level to middle career experienced construction project coordinators or managers.

Visible Construction Corp is an established national scale commercial general contractor, headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale FL.
Simultaneous projects to be managed and are typically in the $1-$10MM range. Diverse range of projects from renovations and interior fit-outs to out of the ground buildings, all commercial projects and primarily retail, auto, grocery and food service/restaurant chain store projects.

Requirements

• Entry level opportunities are avaialbe, ideally for a candidates with a construction managemnet degree or similar
• 5-10 years of relevant experience on commercial construction projects preferred
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget and doing RFIs, contracts, submittals, estimating
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Knowledge of sub-trades and an ability to manage others
• Understanding of Critical Path Scheduling
• Estimating / Budgeting capabilities desirable
• Facilitate professional relationships with clients and team members
• Ability to exercise good judgement
• Passing Pre-Employment drug screen and background checks
• Good driving record, ability to drive to jobsites/meetings and reliable transportation

Education
B.S. degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field plus and a minimum of 5 years related experience in commercial construction with a general contractor is preferred.
