Position Summary:<\/strong>
We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven individual with a background in real estate sales, recruiting, or brokerage operations to support our team and grow our agent base. This role is a mix of agent recruiting, onboarding, relationship management, CRM maintenance, and light marketing, focused on helping agents succeed from day one.<\/p>

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>

• Proactively recruit experienced and new real estate agents to our company<\/p><\/li>

• Conduct in-person and virtual recruiting consultations with prospective agents<\/p><\/li>

• Build and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and industry professionals<\/p><\/li>

• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to ensure agent satisfaction and retention<\/p><\/li>

• Maintain detailed records and workflows in our CRM<\/p><\/li>

• Assist with internal communications, agent recognition, and marketing campaigns<\/p><\/li>

• Represent the brand at networking events, training sessions, and team meetings<\/p><\/li>

• Requires Cold Calling and proactive follow-up and engagement<\/p><\/li>
