Villa St. Joseph

Villa Saint Joseph is a Retired Priest Residence in Darby PA. We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Security candidate. This is a full-time position from Monday thru Friday at 7:30AM – 4:00PM with benefits starting on the first of the next month.

Primary responsibilities of the position include:  

• Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
• Answering telephones and responding to inquiries via telephone or email
• Providing administrative support to retired priest
• Performing clerical tasks, including typing, filing, photocopying, faxing and mailing when assigned
• Perform all the above receptionist duties

Organizational skills:

• Must be able to multitask.
• Works well with the residents, staff, visitors, government agencies, vendors, contractors

• Familiar with video and security monitoring managing access control.
• Monitor surveillance systems and ensure the safety and security of the Villa premises.
• Maintain authority and direct employees during fire drills and emergencies
• Enjoy working with an elderly population

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least three (3) years' experience in receptionist/clerical position  and monitoring security cameras
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.,)
• Enjoy working with an elderly population
