ABOUT THE ROLE

Ready to take real ownership of your income and your career trajectory? VernCo Roofing is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to guide residential roofing and exterior projects from the first inspection all the way through final invoice. You'll manage your own book of business and act as the go-to contact for homeowners, crews, and the internal team.

This is an independent contractor role built around autonomy, strong earning potential, and a real path toward long-term leadership.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• Earning Potential Without a Ceiling: Earn a 30% profit share on every project you manage.
• Strong Start, Built In: Begin with a $60,000 first-year commission advance plus dedicated training pay to help you get established.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Management

• Grow and manage your own book of business.
• Perform property inspections and attend insurance adjuster meetings.
• Sign contracts and set clear expectations on project timelines.
• Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish.

Project Oversight

• Build accurate estimates using AccuLynx.
• Oversee roofing and exterior projects end to end.
• Coordinate crews, material deliveries, and subcontractors.
• Partner with operations on final quality inspections.

Estimating & Billing

• Prepare and refine project estimates.
• Submit invoices and follow up on collections.
• Keep billing records and project documentation accurate and current.
