Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Vending Machine Refiller role based in Miami, FL. The person in this role will travel between assigned locations to restock vending machines with products such as snacks, drinks, and other items, following inventory guidelines. Daily tasks include checking product levels, rotating stock, removing expired or damaged items, cleaning machine surfaces, and ensuring proper display of products and pricing. The role also involves basic machine checks, reporting issues or malfunctions, and documenting inventory usage and replenishment in company systems. The refiller will interact with site contacts as needed, follow safety procedures, and maintain a professional, customer-focused presence while working independently on a set schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage inventory, track stock levels, and follow product rotation procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for operating vending machines and identifying simple operational issues.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple locations efficiently.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with clients and team members.
• Physical ability to lift and carry product cases, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied indoor environments.
• Reliable transportation to travel between vending locations in the Miami, FL area.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in route work, retail, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and company policies, including cash-handling and security procedures if applicable.
