Commission-Only Cold Calling Appointment Setter – Home Improvement Sales (Remote)

UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL

We're looking for experienced, self-motivated cold callers to book qualified appointments for homeowners interested in home improvement systems.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with payouts for every qualified appointment that sits and additional commission on closes. If you're confident on the phone and thrive in a performance-driven environment, this is an opportunity to earn based on your results—not an hourly wage.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners.
• Introduce our home improvement solutions
• Qualify interested prospects.
• Schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
• Update call outcomes in our CRM.
• Meet daily calling and appointment goals.

COMPENSATION

• 100% Commission
• Earn commissions per qualified sit and any appointment that closes
• No cap on earnings.
