Vanguard Crawlspace & Waterproofing

The Laborer plays a critical role in supporting construction and maintenance projects by preparing sites, operating equipment, and ensuring safety compliance. Working closely with a small crew of 1-5 people and reporting directly to the Foreman, this role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and reliable execution of manual labor tasks. The position involves frequent local travel between job sites and offers opportunities for overtime, advancement, and safety training. This work is in crawlspaces and tight areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites for construction and maintenance activities
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols
• Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, digging, and material handling
• Clean and organize job sites
• Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen
• Collaborate effectively with team members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general labor
• High School Diploma or equivalent
