Valley Transporter

Valley Transporter is looking for a Part-Time Dispatcher who can juggle schedules, support drivers, and keep passengers calm, informed, and on time. We transport passengers throughout the local area to/from Most Major International Airport and the Pioneer Valley (Bradley, Logan, & JFK Airports),.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and confirm the daily schedule
• Build driver manifests & support drivers during their runs
• Guide passengers on where to meet their drivers
• Coordinate shuttles and passengers for maximum efficiency
• Check flights online & build routing schedules
• Reply to voicemails/emails and create bookings in our system

The Details

• Part-Time: Monday & Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
• Opportunity to cover additional shifts if needed
• Paid Training

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• A valid driver’s license (preferred)
• A clean driving record (driving may be part of the role)
