Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to analyze clients' mental health and emotional wellness, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring effective and timely responses to emergencies.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and securely, adhering to all ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying abreast of current research and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies, attending appropriate training sessions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
