ValetPress Linen Service is a B2B commercial laundry and linen supply company serving the healthcare, hospitality, and food & beverage industries in the greater Atlanta area. We operate a high-throughput production facility where quality, safety, and speed are expected every single shift — not just most of the time. Our production team is what makes that possible. What You'll Do

Your day runs Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 AM. Here's what that actually looks like:

•               Run wash cycles on commercial washers — loading, unloading, selecting the right formula for each load, and monitoring chemical injection through the full sequence from flush to final extraction.

•               Operate commercial tumbler dryers — pre-shift equipment inspections, loading at correct capacity, selecting the right temperature formula for each fabric type, monitoring cycles for safety warning signs, completing cool-down phases in full, and verifying moisture levels on every load.

•               Route dried loads to the correct downstream process (flatwork ironing, tunnel finishing, or dry-fold) based on moisture readings and load ticket classification.

•               Handle high-risk items — bar mops, shop towels, and kitchen linens — with urgency to eliminate spontaneous combustion risk.

•               Complete pre-shift safety checklists, load ticket documentation, and equipment logs every shift, every time.

•               Work other production positions — soil sort, flatwork, finishing support, staging, pack-out — as directed by the Plant Manager based on daily needs.

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who just shows up. We're looking for someone who:

•               Can lift 75 lbs regularly throughout the shift and work on their feet in a hot production environment.

•               Follows instructions precisely — formula selection, temperature settings, and moisture targets are not suggestions; they are quality and safety requirements.

•               Shows up on time, every shift. In a production line, one late arrival creates a chain reaction that affects everyone downstream.

•               Pays attention. Knowing the difference between a blue flame and a yellow one, or recognizing a scorching smell before it becomes a fire, matters in this building.

•               Is willing to work wherever the Plant Manager needs them on any given day.

Prior commercial laundry or manufacturing experience is a plus — but if you're reliable, physically capable, and coachable, we'll train the technical side.
