VIVIFY is a fast-growing technology company in the clean energy space, and we're looking for a Facilities Manager to help maintain the highest standards.

This is more than a maintenance position. We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating an organized, clean, safe, and efficient workplace. You'll play a key role in ensuring our facility operates flawlessly every day by managing vendors, maintaining equipment, overseeing inventory, and handling the countless details that keep a world-class operation running.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the laboratory and facility
• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and general handyman tasks
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors, contractors, inspections, and service appointments
• Maintain cleaning schedules, maintenance logs, and facility documentation
• Monitor and replenish facility, janitorial, office, and safety supplies
• Conduct routine inventory counts and maintain accurate records
• Perform monthly forklift inspections and preventative maintenance checks
• Coordinate equipment servicing and ensure all facility equipment remains operational
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and facility improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, secure working environment
• Respond quickly to facility issues and help resolve operational needs as they arise
• Support leadership with special projects and day-to-day operational tasks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities, maintenance, operations, or building management experience preferred
• Strong handyman and general maintenance skills
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable using computers to complete logs, checklists, and inventory records
• Forklift experience or certification preferred (or willingness to become certified)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000–$90,000 annual salary
