Job Summary:
VISEO IBERIA is focused on supporting their client’s retail CRM transformation and global rollout. The Agile Coach role blends Agile coaching with operational delivery management to ensure program streams meet milestones and governance standards.
Responsibilities:
• Coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban; driving maturity uplift and continuous improvement.
• Facilitation of ceremonies, backlog refinement, dependency resolution, and sprint predictability tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ServiceCloud, MarketingCloud, and POS integration.
• Risk/issue management, milestone tracking, and transparent reporting using Jira/Confluence dashboards.
• Aligning IT and business streams, supporting UAT coordination, and managing stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven track record in Agile delivery for CRM programs (Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Dynamics).
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; pragmatic and operational mindset.
• Comfortable working in distributed, multi-time-zone environments with retail stakeholders.
• Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/CSM), SAFe Agilist or SPC, Agile Project Management.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps; experience with Agile metrics (burndown, CFD, throughput).
• Education: Engineering or IT background; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Languages: English fluent; French desirable for global coordination.
