 Are You a Sales-Minded Insurance Professional Looking to Grow? 

Usery Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Producer who thrives on generating new business, building relationships, and closing sales.
This is a true new business sales role designed for a producer who enjoys prospecting, following up with opportunities, and helping grow an agency through strong sales performance.
If you are someone who enjoys the challenge of turning conversations into customers and wants your earning potential tied to your results, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Quote and sell personal lines insurance products.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and consistently work toward production goals.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new clients.
  • Build relationships that create long-term customer loyalty and agency growth.
  • Represent Usery Insurance Agency with professionalism and a strong sales mindset.
This Role Is Built for Producers

This position is focused on selling and growing the agency. You will have the ability to focus your time and energy on:
  • Finding new opportunities.
  • Closing new business.
  • Increasing production.
  • Growing your book through sales success.
A dedicated service team handles customer service needs, allowing you to stay focused on what you do best: selling insurance.
Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
  • Life license is a plus but not required.
  • Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting goals.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Candidates outside of Georgia are welcome to apply. If you do not currently hold a Georgia license, you must be willing to obtain a Georgia non-resident license before starting.
