Position: Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Diamond Loch Apartments

Position Summary:

Richmark Properties is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee all aspects of maintenance operations at an apartment community. This position plays a critical role in maintaining property standards, ensuring resident satisfaction, and managing maintenance-related budgets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily maintenance operations, including work orders, repairs, and unit make-readies

· Order and track maintenance parts and supplies, ensuring expenses stay within budget

· Maintain and service pool equipment (pool certification required)

· Schedule and manage vendor services as needed

· Ensure compliance with federal Fair Housing laws and all applicable local regulations

· Provide leadership and training for maintenance staff

· Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of on-call rotation

Qualifications:

· EPA Universal or Type II HVAC Certification (Required)

· Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance (Required)

· Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician or Assistant Lead

· High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

· Must pass background screening and possess a valid driver’s license

· Reliable transportation and availability for after-hours/on-call duties required

Schedule:

· Full-Time

· On-Call Rotation Required

· Weekend Availability Required
