Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on evidence-based practices.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies to individuals, couples, and groups.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards required in mental health practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training that enhance skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, including individuals and families experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges. Our clients often face barriers to care, such as socio-economic constraints or lack of local resources. You will play a crucial role in helping them navigate these challenges and work toward their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted professional licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, with a preference for clinical settings.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in key areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance misuse.
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to the mental health field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies that facilitate patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
