Responsibilities:

As an LPN at Unity Point St. Luke's Living Center West, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to our long-term care residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for residents
  • Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
